Recently The 2nd International Young Chef Olympiad 2016 is a culinary competition for college students from across the World was started. Best student chefs from 67 + countries assembled in India for the biggest culinary heats of the planet with the opening ceremony scheduled on 27th Jan 2016 at the Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi.
As a part of the exclusive event, IIHM hosted a ‘Chef Talk’ at Sapphire & Topaz, Hyatt Regency, Kolkata on the 31st of January, 2016. The event was supported by Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India. On this exclusive event the following chefs was participated.
- Prof David Foskett – Emeritus Professor, University of West London and author of the World Renowned book, Practical Cookery and many more, David Foskett is the chairman of the panel of judges.

The ‘Chef Talk’ was moderated by none other than Chef Shaun Kenworthy. In this grand occasion, Dr. Suborno Chairman – Indismart and IIHM group introducing the global chefs from around the world. After that the Chef talk was started followed by nice discussion with Audience.
This was interesting talk with extremely talented Chefs around the world.
